Halo Water Proofing has been the Montello area's go-to call for Waterproofing because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
Halo Water Proofing started as a small WI crew and grew because Montello customers kept referring us to neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every technician on our Montello crew is background-checked, factory-trained on the equipment we install, and held to the same estimate we quote you over the phone — no upsell surprises when the truck pulls up.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Montello customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
If the basement smells damp even when it looks dry, moisture is likely moving through the walls or floor somewhere.
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
That white chalky film on basement walls is efflorescence — mineral deposits left behind as water evaporates through concrete.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Montello call we prioritize fast.
Peeling paint low on a basement wall or warped baseboards upstairs often trace back to moisture migrating up from below.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Montello every day.
Storm season in Montello, WI means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Montello address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →A cracked foundation wall isn't just a cosmetic issue — it's a water entry point and, over time, a structural one. Our Montello crews assess whether it's a simple seal or a sign of bigger settlement issues before recommending a fix.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Montello lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Montello lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
